1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of our multi-tenant SaaS platform, including web and mobile experiences (the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or acting for an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Definitions (simple, non-legalistic)

• “You” means the organization and its authorized users.
• “We” means Businzo.
• “Customer Data” means data you input, upload, or generate in the Service.
• “AI Features” means automated insights, suggestions, or content generated by the Service.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• You must be authorized to accept these Terms for your organization.
• Keep credentials secure and limit access to authorized team members.
• Notify us promptly of suspected compromise or unauthorized access.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

• Plans, fees, and billing cycles are shown at purchase or in your plan summary.
• Trials (if offered) are time-limited and may convert to paid service unless canceled.
• Taxes may apply based on your location and billing details.
• Non-payment may lead to suspension until balances are resolved.

5. Use of AI Features & Generated Content

• AI Features provide assistive outputs to help you work faster and smarter.
• AI outputs are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make.
• We use system logs and feedback signals to improve accuracy, safety, and quality.

6. User Data & Responsibilities

• You own Customer Data. We process it only to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for the legality, quality, and accuracy of Customer Data you provide.
• Ensure you have the rights and permissions required to upload or process data.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content that violates law or rights.
• Do not probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• We retain all rights in the Service, software, brand, and documentation.
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as permitted.
• Feedback may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those tools.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

• We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may update features to improve performance, security, or compliance.
• Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

11. Termination & Suspension

• You can stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risk, or non-payment.
• Upon termination, access ends and certain sections survive (IP, liability, and dispute terms).

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted Service.
• To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your data, or your violation of rights or law.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts located in that jurisdiction having exclusive authority unless otherwise required.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
